NSO NMWWG IERP

The NATO Naval Mine Warfare Centre of Excellence (NMW COE) will host and facilitate the NATO Naval Mine Warfare Working Group (NMWWG) Information Exchange Requirement Panel (IERP) Meeting 08-11 May 2017.

Program:

  • Start: Monday 08 May 13h00
  • Working hours: daily 08h30 to approximately 16h30
  • End: Meeting expected to run until Thursday 11 May COB

Dress:

Dress for the IERP sessions is daily working uniform or smart casual (no tie), for events outside the military premises casual.

Lodging:

Attendees are requested to make their own accommodation arrangements. The cost of accommodation is the responsibility of individual participants. Preferential rates for accommodation have been arranged with various hotels. The Hotel MERCURE, Hotel BERO and Hotel BURLINGTON will provide discount rates if EGUERMIN is referenced at time of booking. However, EGUERMIN will not interfere and cannot be held responsible for any disputes on accommodation. Participants are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. Catering and social events:

Lunch is available at the all ranks mess, located on the premises. Lunches (€ 4,50 pp) are to be paid individually in cash. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. Social events will be planned on the first day of the meeting.

Parking and transport:

Parking for (rental) cars is available at EGUERMIN. Attendees wishing to park at EGUERMIN must provide their license plate number in advance during the registration process.

No group transport between the hotels and the meeting venue has been arranged, since all hotels are within walking distance.

Security:

During the online registration process participants have to upload a copy of their Passport or Military ID and a copy of their Security Clearance Certificate.
